If you don’t love what you ordered, we make it right. Plain and simple.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If for any reason you’re not happy with a sauce, rub, or salt you ordered from us, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full or send a replacement of your choice — no questions, no return needed. We’d rather you cook with a bottle you enjoy than chase down a half-empty one in the mail.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email hello@leosfireco.com with:
- Your order number (in your confirmation email — starts with #)
- What you’re returning and why (a sentence is plenty)
- Whether you’d prefer a refund to your original payment, store credit, or a replacement bottle
We respond within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives broken or leaking, email us within 14 days with a photo. We’ll replace or refund the damaged items at no cost — no return of the damaged product required.
Wrong item shipped
If we packed the wrong sauce or sent the wrong quantity, that’s on us. Email us, keep what arrived (consider it a small gift for the inconvenience), and we’ll ship the correct order out the same day.
Returns of opened product
We accept returns of opened bottles within the 30-day guarantee window. You do not need to ship the bottle back. Just tell us what didn’t work — that feedback helps us. We refund, send a replacement, or both.
Returns of unopened product
Unopened bottles can be returned within 60 days for a full refund (we cover return shipping). Email us for a prepaid return label.
Gifts
If you received one of our products as a gift and it isn’t working for you, email us with the order number or the giver’s name — we’ll issue store credit (so as not to refund someone other than the gift giver). The credit never expires.
Subscriptions
We don’t currently offer subscriptions. When we do, you’ll be able to skip, pause, change, or cancel from your account in two clicks. No phone calls, no friction.
The one thing we ask
If you didn’t like a bottle, please tell us why. We read every note. Sometimes it’s a recipe mismatch, sometimes it’s a batch we should investigate, and once in a while it’s a flavor someone genuinely loves that nobody else does. All of it helps us make the next batch better.
