- Order information: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone (optional), product selections, payment method (handled by Stripe — see below)
- Account information: if you create an account, your username, email, and order history
- Communications: emails you send us, any feedback or notes you provide
- Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring site, timestamp (collected via standard server logs and analytics)
How we use it
We use your information only to operate, improve, and communicate about our business:

- Send order updates and shipping notifications
- Send marketing emails ONLY if you’ve explicitly opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Payment processing
All payment information is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account information. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies and tracking
We use minimal cookies — only what’s necessary to keep your shopping cart functional and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use a basic privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand which pages are popular and where visitors come from; this analytics tool does not track you across other sites.
Email communications
You’ll receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, etc.) when you place an order. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link in the footer.
Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (Stripe for payments, USPS for shipping labels, our email platform for transactional emails, our hosting provider)
- Legal compliance when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
All service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to:

Data retention
We keep order records for 7 years for tax-compliance purposes. Customer account data is kept as long as your account is active. Marketing email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please email us and we’ll delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top and notify you via email if we have your address on file. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
