Welcome to Leo’s Fire Co. These Terms govern your use of leosdoesfire.store and any purchases you make from us. By using the site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account. By using the site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, ingredients, and photographs. Slight variations in color, label print, and fill levels may occur — our products are hand-made in small batches. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not apply to orders that have been confirmed. If a pricing error occurs (e.g., a product is mistakenly listed at $1 instead of $19), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email — this is acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock, if we detect potential fraud, or if the shipping address is unverifiable). If we cancel an accepted order before shipment, we’ll refund the full amount.
Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe, our payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize the charge and represent that the payment method is yours or you have permission to use it.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier. Damaged or lost shipments are covered by our 30-day guarantee (see Returns).
Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is described in our Returns page. The 30-day guarantee is offered as a goodwill term and may be revoked in cases of suspected abuse.
Intellectual property
The Leo’s Fire Co. name, logo, label designs, product names, recipes, and all content on this site (text, images, code, layouts) are owned by Leo’s Fire Co. and protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse our refund policy, or engage in fraud.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our systems, or accounts of others
- Interfere with the operation of the site (e.g., denial-of-service attacks, scraping at scale, automated bots)
- Submit fraudulent orders, false payment information, or stolen credit cards
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the site
Disclaimers
Our products are food items. They are sold for the purpose of cooking and eating. We make no warranties beyond what is required by law, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law. If you have a food allergy, please read product ingredients carefully. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients clearly listed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leo’s Fire Co. and its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Leo’s Fire Co. harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Caldwell County, Texas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
